and safe, but also preserve the privacy of our users and customers. Darma can collect
certain information that is essential to the use and improvement of our products and
services. We do not collect unnecessary personal information. This privacy policy (the
“Privacy “Policy” or “Policy”) is applicable to users who access our websites, mobile
application, use our software, or our other products and services. Products, services,
software, mobile applications and websites are collectively called “Software” hereafter in
this document, unless specifically stated otherwise.
As used in this Policy, the terms "Darma," "us," "we," "our," and "ourselves" refer to
GhostD, LLC., the owner of Darma, The terms "you," "your," and "yourself" refer to
users of our service.
You may find links to third-party applications or websites within Darma Software. Any
access to third-party links may result in having your information collected by
third-parties. Third-parties may have a different privacy policy and we encourage you to
review the privacy policy of any sites or products and services you interact with before
allowing the collection and use of your personal information.

1. The information we collect

In order to use our products and services, you need to login with your user account. This
information is used to identify you as our customer so we know who is using our
Software. We may also collect information with regards as to how you use our Software,
such as mobile device ID, device name, OS type, version, IP addresses, network status,
location information, the time, duration, and the specific features you used of our
software. By using our software, you agree to the collection of such information by us.
You may also be asked to provide some personal information (such as your name, your
credit card number, your address, telephone numbers, etc) in order to download or
purchase certain features of our software. This information will only be requested and
collected with your consent. You will have an opportunity to decline such requests. The
personal information will only be used for the specific purpose when requested in a
manner consistent with this Policy, and this information will not be used by Darma for
any other purpose.
Darma has a location based feature that helps you find users nearby. While the
application is in use, we keep track of your location information (e.g. by using the GPS
on your mobile device), to provide the functionality of our service. Please keep in mind
that other Darma users can see this information about you, and they may use it or
disclose it to other individuals or entities outside of our control, and without our or your
knowledge. Your information may be subject to abuse, misuse, or monitoring by others,
and you share this information at your own risk. Unless you turn off your location
services, we will collect your location information, and by using our service, you consent
to our collection, storage, and analysis of your location data.

2. The usage of the information collected

We use the information collected from you to identify you as our customer to use our
Software and we may also share your information with service providers and partners
who assist us in operating the service, and in some cases legal authorities. We also use
the information collected to improve our software. We may also use the information
collected to publish certain publications or communications. In such cases, the
personally-identifying information will not be disclosed.
We may provide information about our software, its updates and support to you through
emails or messages. This may include new product information, special offers, or
invitations to participate in market research.
Sometimes, personal information (such as your name, your credit card number, your
address, telephone numbers, etc) is requested in order to download, purchase or
subscribes certain features of our software. This information will only be requested and
collected with your consent and you will have an opportunity to decline such requests.

requested, and it will not be used by Darma for any other purpose in a manner
inconsistent with this Policy. When you register as a user of Darma, your Darma profile

We use various technologies to collect information from your device and about your
activities on our Service. For example, a cookie is a string of information that a website
stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each
time the visitor returns. Darma uses cookies to help identify and track the usage of our
websites and/or software, and the website access preferences of our customers. Our
visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their
browsers to refuse cookies before accessing our website or software. However, it may
have the drawback that certain features of our websites and software may not function
properly without the aid of cookies.
Ads associated with our Software or any of our websites may be delivered to users by

information we collect. We also take reasonable precautions to protect your personal
information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. However, no electronic
transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding

5. Information From Users outside the United States.

If you're outside the United States, your information will be sent to and stored in the
United States, where our servers are located. By using Darma, you agree to the
information collection, use, and sharing practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you
are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data
collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your personal
data, including sensitive data, by Darma from your region to countries which do not
have data protection laws that provide the same level of protection that exists in
countries in the European Economic Area, including the United States. By providing
your personal information, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance
with this Policy.

6. Children

We do not allow persons under 18 to register for any service, and we do not knowingly
collect any personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18. If you
are under 18 years of age, please do not use our Services and please do not submit any
personal information through our Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians
to monitor their children's online usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by
instructing children under the age of 18 never to use our Services. Please contact us
immediately if you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided
personal information to Darma, and we will make every attempt to delete that
information from our databases.

7. Changes to our Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Darma may change its Privacy Policy
from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by changing the "Last Updated"
date within this Privacy Policy, and your continued use of the Service shall indicate your
agreement with the terms of the revised Privacy Policy.
